What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Twint, Cash, and Bank Transfer. Payment details will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp after you complete your registration.
What if I miss a class? Can I catch up? +
No worries! Life happens. You can make up one missed class due to sickness within your 8-week period by attending another class of your level (or lower). However, please note that if you have already declared two planned absences (e.g. for holidays) for a pro-rated price, a third makeup day is not possible. Please let us know in advance so we can check availability.
Is the registration binding? +
Yes, registration secures your spot in the course, which is often limited to ensure quality. This helps us to maintain balanced classes with an equal number of leaders and followers. Please review our General Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations.
Do you offer trial classes? +
Yes! For our beginner courses, we often offer free trial classes before the cycle starts. You can also book a specific trial session via the form on our Home Page.
Do we need to rotate partners if we come as a couple? +
While we usually encourage partner rotation because it helps everyone learn faster, it is completely optional! If you prefer to stay with your partner for the whole class, you are more than welcome to do so. It's your date night, after all.
