What payment methods do you accept? +
Payment is handled securely online through Stripe. After you complete the registration form, you are taken straight to the Stripe checkout for your pass. This is also where discount codes such as AXcent15 are applied.
What if I miss a class? Can I catch up? +
No worries! Life happens. You can declare up to two planned absences when you register and a last-minute sick day in the Student Portal, and we will extend your pass. For longer breaks, such as holidays or an injury, you can request a pass freeze in the portal and we will adjust your pass dates. Please let us know in advance so we can plan.
Is the registration binding? +
Yes, registration secures your spot in the course, which is often limited to ensure quality. This helps us to maintain balanced classes with an equal number of leaders and followers. Please review our General Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations.
Do you offer trial classes? +
Yes. Every first-time student can book one free trial class in the class that best matches their level. Book it through the form on our Home Page.
Do we need to rotate partners if we come as a couple? +
While we usually encourage partner rotation because it helps everyone learn faster, it is completely optional. If you prefer to stay with your partner for the whole class, you are more than welcome to do so.
