Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to start at the beginning of the month? +
No! Our classes run continuously, so you can join anytime if you have previous experience. New beginners are encouraged to start at the beginning of a cycle or book a private intro session.
What if I don't have a partner? +
No problem at all! We rotate partners during class, so everyone dances with everyone. It's the best way to learn! If you prefer to stay with your own partner, just let the teacher know.
How do I know my level? +
Check our Beginner Guide or ask our instructors during a trial class. We are happy to assess your level and recommend the best class for you.
What if I miss a class? +
We understand that life can get busy! If you miss a class, don't worry—you won't fall behind. We allow you to catch up by attending a similar level class on a different day within the same course period. Plus, if you know your dates in advance, you can let us know during registration, and we'll prorate the cost for pre-planned absences. Our goal is to make sure you get the most out of your dance journey with flexibility and support.
